Not being from this end of Ontario, not knowing the city, settling an estate of a family member, I asked a couple of new friends of any realtors in the area. Out of three, I had picked Gaby; she has the same name as my son’s girlfriend. Besides that, Gaby knew the local market and what the area had to offer an upcoming new family to learn, grow, and have fun. Before the hour of photo day, Gaby had rolled up her sleeves, jumped in, and got her hands dirty inside and outside of the house to make it more presentable; that includes moving heavy boxes and furniture. Gaby went out of her way to assist with my husband's moment of need. Her willingness to go over, above and beyond, not just to sell the house, the calls to see if we are ok and need anything, and offering her help with clearing of anything that still needs to be done, up to the closing date, for the estate and for the new homeowners. Furthermore, willing to sell our home on the other end of Ontario and find us a new home. We appreciate everything Gaby has done for us on our schedule and medical needs. I did pick the right person, always, and would do it again. Thank you, Gaby. We hope that the next months to come bring you plenty of joy and happiness, as it has done for us, the relief of finishing what we came here to do for Janis. You’re a wonderful woman. You have taken a lot of weight off my shoulders. You left Tom and myself able to have more time together before his illness takes over.
